This is the worst lock and app combo I've ever dealt with. The fingerprint feature worked three times, then it just stopped recognizing me. I tried going into the app to reset everything, but every operation just fails. If I hear 'operation failed' one more time, I swear I’m gonna lose it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it’s still a total piece of junk. Thanks for the pricey, clunky hunk of metal I now have on my door. The only reason it got a single star is 'cause it actually locks, so, you know, good job on that part 👍.

The door knob showed up a bit later than I thought it would, but I managed to get it set up without any guides. It functions great and is simple to program.

I totally recommend this! The lock is fantastic. Super simple to install, and the support team was top-notch.

I ordered the latch knob and it showed up in just 3 days. The next day, I tried to install it, but man, the assembly was a real pain. They only provide a video with no clear instructions, which was super frustrating. I hired a handyman to put in the door and the knob, and after he finished, I set up the app, but the knob just wouldn’t turn to open the door after unlocking it. I had to wrestle with it to get the door open. I ended up taking it apart to inspect the bolt and had to start from scratch. Once again, it didn’t work, so I reached out to Sifely, and all they did was ask about the bolt and said they’d send a replacement. I’m just gonna return the whole thing. Honestly, I’m not looking forward to putting the knob back in. Those tiny screws were a hassle, and overall, it was just a really frustrating experience.

Setting it up was a breeze, and programming it is a piece of cake. I’ve got three door locks, one deadbolt, and the hub. I can lock or unlock from afar and receive alerts if anyone else opens my door.

This latch has been a game changer for my family and me during the covid-19 pandemic. We had a ton of neighborhood kids sneaking into our kitchen pantry and putting their grubby hands in the chip bags. Now, we can securely lock the door from a distance, and only my wife and I can access it using our fingerprints. This product is truly fantastic, and I can't recommend it enough to others!

I absolutely adore it, super simple to set up and all that. The one downside was the guidance on how to set up the RFID cards. It didn’t function properly, and the app just mentioned to swipe it without clarifying where to do that. Even in the instructions or the app, it didn’t mention that the RFID sensor is close to number 5.

I placed two orders, made the payments, got tracking info... but it never updated, and I still haven't gotten my stuff. They keep pointing fingers at USPS. I asked them to send out replacements, but they refused. I even suggested I'd pay for new orders and send one back if both arrived, but they still said no. Seriously, go with another retailer!!

Faced some problems, but they sorted it out. The customer support is top-notch. They'll stick with you until everything's right. Really love this company!
